Dear friends and family,

First and foremost, we want to thank you for your love, support, and eagerness to celebrate our future nuptials. This year has been one of change! Promotions, new jobs, graduation, and a move back to San Francisco have brought us many blessings this year.

Unfortunately, Margaret's twin sister Meredith was recently diagnosed with large B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, an aggressive form of cancer. Meredith is also pregnant, expecting a baby boy this March.

Fortunately, the capabilities of modern medicine are truly remarkable, and both Meredith and baby are expected to make a full recovery.

That being said, as we’ve navigated all the good and bad this year has brought us, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming wedding in April.

We absolutely still plan to marry - that part isn’t changing! But the what, where, and when is going to change. We realize many of you had already made travel plans and we sincerely apologize for the short notice.

We feel so lucky to have such a vast support system, and thank you for being on this ride along with with us.
